From 6 to 8 p.m., Oct. 31, Newburgh Heights will turn things over to the kids for trick-or-treating. Some streets will close:

• We close E 42nd from just north of Short Alpha to just south of Bridgeview.
• Additionally, E 41st will be closed at Short Alpha & Bridgeview as well.
• Gamma, Beta, and long Alpha will be closed at Washington Park Blvd.

Newburgh Heights Police will have a cruiser display and bikes to show off, as well as bike patrol in the event & surrounding streets. The Fire Department will be onsite as usual with the engine and a squad.

The Service Dept. will set up some of their equipment as a display onsite.
