Refuse Waivers

Any Senior Citizen who is a resident of the Village of Newburgh Heights and who is subject to payment of the Refuse Collection Fee may obtain a waiver from the Housing and Building Department. Please contact the Building Commissioner directly at 216-641-4654 or by emailing kapagsuyoin@newburgh-oh.gov.

 

Homestead Exemption

Residents of Newburgh Heights that are permanently and totally disabled, or 65 years of age and older, may apply to receive the Homestead Exemption status allowed by the Cleveland Water Department.
