When are council meetings?
Council meetings begin at 7:30 p.m., usually on the first Tuesday of the month: March: 1st Tuesday; April: 1st Tuesday; May: 1st Tuesday; June: 1st Tuesday; July: 3rd Tuesday; August: no meeting; September: 3rd Tuesday; October: 1st Tuesday; November: 1st Tuesday (if an election day, may be moved to 3rd Tuesday); December: 1st Tuesday. Who is my councilperson?
The Village of Newburgh Heights is not divided into wards. The five current council members serve all residents.

Where can I see the laws that were passed by the council?
The Village periodically updates its codified ordinances, which can be accessed online here. A copy of the ordinances is available in the clerk’s office.
