Ordinance 121.01 MEETINGS:
(a) The regular meeting of Council shall be scheduled and held on the first Tuesday of each month, except the months of January, July, August and September, at 7:30 PM in Council Chambers located at 3801 Harvard Avenue, Newburgh Heights, Ohio 44105.
(b) The regular meeting of Council during the months of January, July and September shall be scheduled and held on the third Tuesday of said months, at 7:30 PM in Council Chambers located at 3801 Harvard Avenue, Newburgh Heights, Ohio 44105.
(c) The regular meeting of Council shall not be scheduled or held during the month of August each year.
(d) Council reserves the right to move its regularly scheduled November Council meeting to the third Tuesday of the month in years in which the regularly scheduled meeting would fall on an election day.
