Mayor's Court
Newburgh Heights Mayor’s Court hears misdemeanor offenses that occur within our jurisdiction, with the exception of 2nd offense Driving Under the Influence and 2nd offense Driving Under DUI Suspensions or Financial Responsibility (FRA) Suspensions.
Domestic Violence and Stalking cases are also excluded from Mayor’s Court jurisdiction.
The Clerk of Court’s Office is located inside Village Hall at 3801 Harvard Avenue, Newburgh Heights.

For inquiries regarding a court appearance for non-photo citations, warrant blocks, fine and court cost amounts, court procedures and other court matters, you can call the clerk’s office at 216-641-2160, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. EST

Traffic Camera Violations:
For inquiries on a photo enforcement citation please call the Garfield Heights Municipal Court at 216-475-1900, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
