Village Council
The Newburgh Heights Village Council is comprised of five elected officials. Members of Village Council must reside in the Village of Newburgh Heights.

- The enactment of Ordinances and adoption of Resolutions
- The manner of posting all public notices of the enactment of legislation and City proceedings
- The advertisement, dissemination of bid specifications and the awarding of bids
- The recording of Council and Council Committee meetings and transcription of minutes
- The storage of legislation, minutes and other permanent records related to the Council Office and the City
Village Council Meetings
The Village Council meets monthly on the first Tuesday at 6pm unkess otherwise noted on the official calendar. Meetings are held at the Newburgh Heights Village Hall located at 3801 Harvard Ave, Newburgh Heights, OH 44105. Please see the CALENDAR for the 2025 meeting schedule.
