The Village of Newburgh Heights will accept statement of qualifications from any firm or person seeking to be named Village Engineer. The Engineer shall perform all duties as outlined in Codified Ordinance Chapter 151 “Engineer” of the Village’s Codified Ordinances. Firms or persons seeking to be named as Village Engineer should have a history of performing engineering duties in the village and other communities in Cuyahoga County. Statement of Qualification may contain up to 15 single sided 8.5″ x 11″ sheets of paper and should be mailed to:
